Liability & Insurance Verification

All participating vendors are strictly required to maintain commercial general liability insurance naming Pride Houston 365 and the City of Houston as additional insureds (Minimum: $1,000,000 per claim / $2,000,000 aggregate).

1. All Sales Are Final: All vendor registration fees, add-on selections, and utility upgrades are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including vendor cancellation, rain, or severe weather layout changes.

2. Application Vetting & Rejection: Pride Houston 365 reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any festival registration application. In the event that your vendor application is not approved by our committee, you will be issued a full refund. In all other cases, all sales remain final.

3. Compliance & Safe Space Policy: Vendors agree to comply with all City of Houston municipal codes, health department guidelines, and Pride Houston 365 safety regulations. Pride Houston 365 is a safe, inclusive, and welcoming celebration. Any vendor displaying discriminatory, hateful, or unsafe behavior or materials will be immediately removed from the festival grounds without a refund.
